Fluidmaster was founded with a goal to “Be a Good Citizen in the Community”. From the beginning, we embraced our responsibility to be a leading corporate citizen and have worked toward making the communities we work and live in a better place by offering support through financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteering.
Our Corporate Giving Program includes a matching gift component to employee donations, paid volunteer hours when employees give their time, a board connection program that provides training to be on a non-profit board, sponsorship of employee’s children’s sports teams and clubs, and major fundraising efforts and donations for charitable organizations. Our Fluidmaster Fund supports our efforts and anyone can donate.

We are expanding our reach globally as our business grows.
At the heart of our efforts to serve communities is the passion of our employees. We are proud of the impact our employees make across the world.Corporate Giving Focus: Fluidmaster will be focusing on four main programs while supporting over 100 other organizations. Programs involve employee participation and philanthropic giving to help achieve a better community.
- Habitat for Humanity – Seventy business leaders and executives donated their time and financial support on April 2nd, 2015 at Habitat for Humanity of Orange County (Habitat OC’s) 7th annual “Leaders Build Day” in Cypress. Fluidmaster was represented by its President, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Information Technology. They participated in an active day of building five of the 15 affordable homes in Cypress, which will be sold to limited income families in Orange County. In addition, groups of employees participated in Fluidmaster sponsored house builds.
- American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life – Fluidmaster employees participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Team Fluidmaster, with the support of our friends, families, customers, and suppliers raised over $50,000 for the event, a record year for us. We thank everyone who supported our efforts for this great cause.
- Boys and Girls Club of Capistrano Valley – The Boys and Girls Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence. In December, employees participate in the Operation Holiday Homework program where kids shop for family gifts with priority based on points earned for doing homework. Fluidmaster employees will help shop, budget and wrap presents for the kids to give to their families.
- Boys Scouts of America – Fluidmaster has long supported the programs of Boy Scouts of America where our original founder was a frequent donor and volunteer. Their mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them strong values. Fluidmaster employees partner with kids to sponsor dinners and help recognize their highest achievement at the annual Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner.
