The 513A flapper features simple adjustable flapper arms, that will adapt to fit more 3 inch flush valves and comes with interchangeable frame arm adaptors to fit specialized flush valves that are used in both Mansfield and Cato toilets. You also can customize the flush by simply turning the adjustable bulb for a stronger flush in the bowl. This long lasting flapper also features a durable silicone seal that lasts up to 10x longer than standard designs.
